Cozy up before and after the Downtown Tree Lighting Ceremony and explore a carefully curated selection of unique, handmade gifts. From home décor and handmade jewelry to custom scents and gourmet treats, there’s something for everyone on your holiday shopping list. Local performers and family-friendly activities add to the holiday cheer for all ages.

For one night only, step into Merry Mingle’s, an immersive Hot Chocolate and Cocktail Tavern. Pausa Coffee will be serving hot chocolate and coffee, while specialty cocktails, wine, and beer will be provided by a separate bar. Sip, mingle, and soak in the festive atmosphere.

Don’t miss The Evergreen Exchange, where local organizations and businesses will have tables to share more about their work and connect with the community. It’s a one-night celebration of holiday spirit, local makers, and festive fun!

In conjunction with the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Downtown Syracuse
through a partnership with City of Syracuse, Parks & Rec, CNYArts and State Tower, Pausa Café.

Thanks to quick pivot we were able to move the vendors into the Art at the Atrium space since the weather was extra windy and brutal out. The state Tower allowed the use of the former Communion Wine Shop and our cocktail and cocoa experience was a hit! The vendors who braved it had a great time inside and showed true CNY grit - luckily we were able to swing the action inside to be sage for all.

We have big plans for this event to grow into a true Holiday Winter Village. Grateful for the opportunity to show a proof of concept. And for the small dedicated crew that put this on.
